Role: HR Advisor
Location Blackburn
Salary: £34,000 to £38,000
This role offers hybrid working after 6 month probation - 4/1 in favour of office.
An exciting organisation based in Blackburn is seeking a HR Advisor to join their expanding, welcoming and friendly team.
HR Advisor
Be the main contact for HR guidance.
Prepare and handle disciplinaries and grievances, adhering to policies and procedures.
Deal with HR queries, implementing policies for best practice.
Assist and support on recruitment campaigns.
Contribute to HR initiatives.
Support on payroll administration, offering advice.
Will be well versed in MS Office to include Word and Excel.
