HOURS: Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm (35 hours per week)

We are currently seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our client's team. In this role, you will play a vital role in supporting their mission and helping their organisation thrive. The day to day duties in your new job would be:
Provide comprehensive HR advice and support to managers and employees
Oversee the recruitment process, including attracting, shortlisting, and conducting interviews
Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles
Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
Advise on employee relations issues and support the resolution of conflicts
Keep up-to-date with relevant employment legislation and ensure compliance
We'd love to speak to candidates who have:
Proven experience working within a similar role
Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practises
Proficient IT skills in Word, Excel and Outlook
Ability to convey information clearly and accurately both orally and in writing
Systematic and thorough working approach with the ability to work independently
Immediately availability and happy to commit to a temporary position
