A new and exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor to join a NFP organisation in London. Offering hybrid working and an ASAP start.

Client Details

A NFP organisation in London offering a 5 month contract and hybrid working.

Description

An interim HR Advisor will be responsible for:

- Supporting on the full employee lifecycle

- Support on day to day HR activity

- Support on ER casework

- Support on Recruitment activity

- Working alongside managers to give advice and guidance on best practice

- Supporting with the streamlining of the HR function - including digitisation and creation of policies / processes

Profile

The successful candidate will be someone:

- with strong HR Advisory experience.

- with experience in working in a fast paced environment

- who is immediately available for work.
