Manchester City Centre

Medlock Partners are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join a global leader in the entertainment industry due to a period of growth and transformation. This is an immediate requirement for a HR Advisor to support a busy growing team with projects and generalist HR responsibilities for a period of 12-18 months.
**PLEASE NOTE - THIS IS A 12-18 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT ROLE***
Key Responsibilities of the HR Advisor:
* Assist with employee relations matters and traveling to visit sites when required
* Supporting the HR Business Partners with ongoing projects
* Supporting on wellbeing and mental health initiatives
* Coaching and guiding managers and providing advice on best practice
* Being that first point of contact for HR queries within the business
* Build strong relationships with the wider team and internal/external stakeholders
Key requirements of the HR Advisor:
* Strong HR Advisor with a solid generalist background
* High energy with strong influencing skills
* Ability to manage an ER caseload effectively
* Flexibility to travel to other sites when required
* Experience working in the retail/hospitality/customer service focused industries would be highly desirable but is not essential
