Recruitment/HR Advisor London

A law firm in central London are actively looking to recruit an internal Recruitment Advisor.

This role is initially a 12 month FTC. The start date is July/August 2026.

This is a dual role – you will cover both recruitment (75%) and general HR (25%) duties. This is a standalone recruitment role as part of a small HR team.

On the recruitment side your role will primarily be inbound.

Duties will include: screening and interviewing candidates, advertising jobs, interview coordination, liaising with hiring partners and stakeholders, offer management, employment screening.

A heavy proportion of your day to day role will involve speaking with prospective candidates via MS Teams – interviewing experience is required.

The salary range is £35,000-£50,000.

This is a hybrid role based in central London – office attendance is required x2 per week.

You will manage vacancies across the entire business, recruiting both Lawyers and business support staff.

Experience required (essential)

1. Prior recruitment experience, either in-house or at an agency

2. Previous experience interviewing candidates

3. Some HR experience (any capacity)

4. Professional service experience – desirable
