CMA HR Division are excited to be recruiting for an established and growing brand in Fareham. This is an exciting opportunity for a experienced and driven HR Advisor to join a dynamic business. This role is initially 6 months with a possible view to become more long term.
The role will require you to have some Employee Relations experience and be the first line of support across the business and under taking generalist tasks.
What will the HR Advisor role involve?
Be the first line of support for employees and managers across the business.
Undertaking disciplinary, return to work and dismissal meetings.
Provide generalist support to the team with on going projects.
Provide initial advice on Employee Relations with case management in accordance to the set HR Policies and Procedures.
Foster positive working relationships with employees, minimising problems and issues and fostering a positive climate for ER.
Suitable Candidate for the HR Advisor vacancy:
Possess in-depth knowledge of employment law, core HR and experience of employment relations case management.
Experience within a generalist HR background.
Ability to compose comprehensive correspondence in relation to employee relations issues, e.g. sickness, disciplinary, grievance, dismissal and flexible working.
Experience within recruitment, onboarding/offboarding would be advantageous.
