Description:
Casanovas Recruitment Solutions is delighted to be working with a reputable company based in Colchester Essex. We are recruiting for a HR Advisor position who must be competent in all ER areas and able to support Managers with any HR queries that arise.
Responsibilities:
* To ensure all HR Policies and procedures are kept up to date, to amend or improve where necessary
* Support the HR Business Partner
* To deliver high quality and responsive advice and guidance for all managers and employees across the organisation
* Analyse data to identify treads and solutions
* Create, develop, and facilitate training courses
* Handling ER matters on all levels
* Carry out management visits and provide HR support where required
Required Skills & Experience
* Strong leadership and diplomacy abilities
* CIPD or similar professional qualification
* Excellent knowledge and understanding of employment law and all HR relations
* Strong interpersonal skills
* Strong background in handling complex employee relations issues and maintaining a positive workplace culture
* Flexibility and adaptability
