**Job Description**
The HR Advisor will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support on all aspects of human resources management, including:
* Employee relations and employee engagement
* Recruitment and selection
* Performance management and appraisals
* Compensation and benefits
* HR compliance and policy development
* Training and development
* Employee health and safety
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide strategic and operational HR support to the business
* Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
* Manage employee relations and resolve workplace issues
* Conduct recruitment and selection processes
* Design and deliver training and development programs
* Ensure compliance with all relevant HR legislation
* Maintain and update employee records
* Collaborate with other departments to foster a positive and productive work environment
**Qualifications and Skills**
* 3+ years' experience in a manufacturing environment (Desirable)
* Strong understanding of HR principles and best practices
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficient in HR software and systems
