We have a new and exciting opportunity for an HR Advisor for a market leader within the HVAC sector in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire.
This is a temp to perm opportunity paying up to £38,000
This is a great opportunity to own and add flare to the role and work in lovely bright modern offices with a small but friendly and supportive team.
It is essential you have worked in similar roles previously
You will need strong admin and HR skills with experience in using HR systems in particular BOB or Oracle.
Confidence in dealing with senior management is a must.
You will need to be calm and diplomatic as you will be required, if they arrive grievance handling
You must be intuitive and possess self-initiative as the role requires a level of autonomous working, due to the sensitivity of some of the HR admin.
The role requires support to be given to all department heads for the HR element of the role.
You will need intermediate Excel and outlook skills and be proficient with WORD.
The Role is fully office based (phone number removed)pm Monday to Friday and is temp to perm.
An added bonus will be having knowledge of or exposure to visa sponsorship application.
Fully administer the HRIS (HR Information System) (Bob) and (implement Time and Attendance and PDRs modules)
Administer the absence/time off/ variables on the HRIS and payroll systems (PayFit) in conjunction with the Finance department.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, employment contracts, and performance evaluations.
Assist with the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, making offers and conducting reference checks.
Coordinate employee onboarding activities, including new hire orientation, paperwork completion, and training arrangements and inductions.
Process employee changes, such as promotions, transfers, and terminations, ensuring accurate and timely updates to relevant HR systems.
Deliver and maintain a high level of customer service in a professional and timely manner and uphold Company standards with a conscientious and pro-active approach.
