Salary up to £32,000
Looking for an exciting career opportunity in HR? This fantastic business within the online retail sector are looking for a HR Advisor to come on board. This is a fantastic chance to showcase your skills and make a significant impact on the human resources of a leading organization, with great potential for professional growth. This is a fully office based role in Birmingham.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain HR systems.
Manage recruitment processes.
Manage the HR inbox.
Lead formal meetings such as disciplinary and grievance hearings.
Organize HR documents for meetings.
Provide advice to employees and Line Managers on HR matters.
Assist in revising Company policies, procedures, and handbook.
Support Payroll as needed
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Previous experience of working within a HR environment.
Familiarity with the full recruitment and selection cycle.
Advanced Excel skills.
Up to date knowledge of legislation
CIPD Qualification wiuld be desirable
