Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role as a HR Advisor working 30 hours per week to cover maternity leave for 12-18 months, located in Kingston Upon Hull.
As our HR Advisor you will work as an integral part of the HR team to provide operational support to line managers and employees.
As well as generalist advice, you’ll be our go to person for co-ordinating all aspects of recruitment activity from initial attraction to onboarding new employees and giving them a great welcome to the company. You’ll also be responsible for gathering and analysing people related data for the business to help drive decisions and be proactive in our HR offer.
Qualifications / Experience

* Experience supporting managers with people related practices, experience of co-ordinating recruitment processes and analysing data to help drive people decisions
* Strong communication skills
* Strong organisation and administration skills
* CIPD qualification or working towards is desirable
* Experience in manufacturing is a plus
