Ashley Kate HR are proud to be representing a well-established professional services organisation in their search for an experienced HR Advisor. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive HR team, providing expert advice to managers and supporting a broad range of people-focused activities.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will play a key role in delivering a professional HR service across the business. This is a varied generalist position, with a strong focus on employee relations, stakeholder support, and HR best practice within a fast-paced team.
What Will You Be Doing?
Provide HR advice and guidance in line with employment legislation and company policies.
Support and coach managers on employee relations matters, including absence, performance, disciplinary and grievance cases.
Handle HR queries and deliver a responsive HR service.
Support key employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding and family leave.
Review and update HR policies and procedures.
Assist with HR projects and employee engagement initiatives.
Who Are We Looking For?
CIPD Level 5 qualified (or equivalent experience).
Previous experience in a HR Advisor or similar generalist HR role.
Strong knowledge of UK employment law.
Experience managing employee relations casework.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
