As a key member of the HR department you will provide necessary support to a diverse and dynamic team, being involved from the beginning to end of the employee life cycle. Job Title: HR Generalist (12 Month FTC)

Salary: £33,000 - £36,000 (FTE £45,000)

Location: Reading

Hours: 30 hours per week

Responsibilities:

Support with recruitment needs e.g. arranging and conducting interviews
Working with the management team to manage employee relations issues such as performance management, grievance and discipline, coaching
Involvement in the payroll process and make sure all information is up to date
Develop policies and initiatives to engage employees and promote health and wellbeing
Ensure the highest levels of compliance with brand values and employment law regulations
Ensure HR email templates are up to dateSkills and experience:

Previous experience in HR at an advisory level
Qualified CIPD Level 3-5
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High levels or organisation and time management skills
Strong written accuracy for employee letters and reports
