Are you an experienced HR professional who thrives on managing employee relations cases and influencing managers to achieve the right outcomes?
We're partnering with a large, values-led national organisation looking to appoint an HR Advisor to join their growing People team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established business where HR is genuinely valued and plays a key role in driving culture, performance and organisational success.
What you'll be doing:
Managing a varied ER caseload including disciplinaries, grievances, absence and performance issues.
Coaching and supporting managers on employee relations and employment law matters.
Supporting organisational change, restructures and TUPE projects.
Analysing people trends and helping drive proactive HR initiatives.
Contributing to wellbeing, engagement and culture-focused projects.What we're looking for:
Previous HR/People Advisor experience with strong ER expertise.
Solid knowledge of UK employment law.
Experience supporting TUPE and organisational change programmes.
Confident communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
CIPD qualified (or working towards) desirable.Why apply?
