Description

Provide HR advice and guidance to managers and employees on policies and procedures.
Support recruitment processes, including advertising roles and coordinating interviews.
Manage employee relations, handling cases such as grievances and disciplinaries.
Assist with the implementation of HR projects and initiatives.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
Contribute to the development and review of HR policies and practices.
Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company standards.
Provide support with training and development initiatives.Profile

A successful HR Advisor should have:

Previous experience in a generalist HR role.
Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
Confidence in advising and influencing managers at all levels.
Proficiency in using HR systems and Microsoft Office applications.
A CIPD qualification would be advantageous but is not essential.Job Offer

Salary ranging from £36,000 to £40,000, dependent on the level of experience.
