HRGO are recruiting for our client, a community focused public sector organisation in Abergele. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing expert advice and support on a range of HR matters to ensure effective workforce management.

Job Role: HR Advisor (office based)

Salary: £36,721 per annum

Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-5pm (37.5 hours per week)

Contract Type: 6 month contract

Responsibilities

Provide advice to managers and colleagues across the business across all HR and OD matters, e.g. T&Cs, employee relation cases i.e. disciplinary, grievance, performance, absence
Develop positive employee brand
Maximise colleague contribution
Develop, maintain and improve relationships between colleagues, managers, trade unions reps
Empower and develop management capacity in dealing with HR matters using coaching techniques
Provide support in recruitment
Coordinate training and development
Work with HR team to establish change management tools
Create, develop, review HR policies and proceduresRequirements

Previous experience in a HR Advisor role is essential
Excellent knowledge of UK Employment Law
Able to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
In-depth knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practice
Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretionWhy you should work for HRGO
