Role & Responsibilities:
Advise managers on employee relations matters including disciplinary, grievance, absence, and performance issues.
Support recruitment and onboarding activities.
Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed consistently.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Monitor absence and support wellbeing initiatives.
Provide HR reporting and support people-focused projects.Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
Must have at least 2 years' experience working within a HR environment
Attention to detail is essential
Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
Experience in a busy manufacturing environment is essentialBenefits Package:
Starting salary of £36'000 per annum.
