Sheer Jobs Limited is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to support a public sector organisation in North East London.
Key Responsibilities
*
Provide professional HR advice to managers on employee relations matters.
*
Manage disciplinary, grievance, sickness absence, capability and performance cases.
*
Support investigations, hearings, restructures and organisational change.
*
Advise on employment legislation, HR policies and procedures.
*
Liaise with trade unions and support effective employee relations.
Essential Requirements
*
Previous UK public sector HR advisory experience is mandatory.
*
Strong employee relations and case management experience.
*
Good knowledge of UK employment law and ACAS guidance.
*
CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience.
*
Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
Desirable: Previous local authority or London borough experience.
