MMP Consultancy are looking to recruit a HR Advisor on a temporary basis, based in Kent.
The HR Advisor will need to provide effective administrative support across recruitment, onboarding, HR systems, employee relations, and HR services Delivering and ensuring a positive employee experience and accurate HR records.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding Draft and post job adverts using ATS platforms.
Support recruitment campaigns and arrange interviews.
Issue employment contracts and coordinate onboarding activities.
Maintain recruitment records and produce recruitment reports, HR Systems & Payroll Process
Support employees with HR system queries. Monitor probation periods and produce monthly HR reports.
Employee Relations Provide first-line guidance on HR policies and procedures.
employee lifecycle documentation, including contract variations and leaver paperwork.
Respond to HR Service Desk queries and escalate issues where required.Skills & Experience
Experience in an HR administration or coordination role.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
Experience using HR and recruitment systems. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
