Description

Provide guidance and support on HR policies and procedures to employees and managers.
Manage employee relations issues, including investigations and disciplinary processes.
Assist with recruitment activities, including interviewing and onboarding new team members.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and projects.
Advise on performance management and support managers in delivering feedback.
Collaborate with the wider HR team to ensure best practices are upheld.
Analyse HR data to identify trends and recommend improvements.Profile

A successful HR Advisor should have:

A solid understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment law.
Experience in handling employee relations and advising managers.
