Are you an experienced HR Advisor looking for a role where you can genuinely influence decision making and take ownership of a busy employee relations caseload?

We're recruiting for an HR Advisor on behalf of a successful manufacturing business in the food sector with a strong UK presence. This is a site-based position offering a broad generalist remit, but with a strong focus on employee relations.

As HR Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for managers on a wide range of people related matters. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

Managing a wide range of ER cases including disciplinary, grievance, absence, capability and performance issues
Advising and coaching managers on employment law to ensure best practice and compliance
Supporting onboarding, offboarding and employee lifecycle processes
Producing HR reports and maintaining accurate employee records
Supporting HR projects, training initiatives and continuous improvement activitiesAbout You

This HR Advisor opportunity would suit a proactive HR professional who enjoys working closely with operational teams and thrives in a fast-paced environment where employee relations is a key part of the role.

CIPD Level 3 or Level 5 qualification (or equivalent)
Previous experience as an HR Advisor within a manufacturing, FMCG, or other operational environment
Strong employee relations experience with the confidence to manage cases independently
Demonstrable knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
Excellent communication, organisational and stakeholder management skillsNext Steps
