Location: The Edinburgh Technopole (flexible working arrangements)

Hours: 16 hours per week (flexible days and hours)

Salary: £35,000 pro rata

The Opportunity

Are you an experienced HRBP or HR Advisor seeking a fulfilling part-time role that allows you to make a significant impact? Key Responsibilities

* Provide expert HR advice and guidance to managers and employees on a range of HR matters, including policies, procedures, and best practices.

* Collaborate on recruitment and selection processes, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

* Support employee relations initiatives, addressing concerns effectively and fostering a positive work environment.

* Champion employee development, identify training needs, and assist with learning opportunities.

* Maintain up-to-date HR records and ensure compliance with relevant employment legislation.

What We're Looking For

* Proven experience as an HRBP or HR Advisor.

* Strong knowledge of UK employment law.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to build strong relationships with colleagues at all levels.

* A proactive and solutions-focused approach.

* CIPD qualification would be a bonus.
