We are now looking for an HR Advisor to join our team in London on a full-time basis for a 12 month fixed-term contract, with the possibility of extension.

The Role
As an HR Advisor, you will provide key support to the HR Manager in all aspects of human resources for our global workforce.
In this generalist position, you will ensure our HR functions and associated activities run smoothly and our staff across the UK and international operations are supported. Getting involved in all aspects of HR activity and administration, you will manage the full employee lifecycle, assist in payroll entries and resolve day-to-day HR queries.
Alongside the HR Manager, you will promote, implement and improve our People Policies & Procedures, providing responsive and proactive advice to staff, World Centres and externally funded programmes. You will provide support for straightforward HR and ER cases and issues and ensure that we are kept up to date with any issues.
Additionally, you will:
- Manage the recruitment cycle and processes
- Ensure that we are meeting all local employment requirements and regulations
- Oversee the induction and probation process for all starters
- Co-ordinate annual appraisals, salary reviews, holiday calculations and training requests
- Process of payroll and pensions
About You
To be considered as an HR Advisor, you will need:
- A background in undertaking and overseeing a full range of HR activities within an HR administration or advisory role
- Experience of human resources and recruitment administration
- Experience of using a Human Resources IT system
- Experience facilitating training/coaching sessions for staff
- A proven track record of building and maintaining relationships including working with employees remotely across a variety of time zones
- A CIPD qualification (or equivalent experience)
