Description

As an HR Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive HR support and guidance to both employees and management. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Handling employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
Providing advice and support on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Assisting with recruitment processes, including job postings, screening candidates, and conducting interviews.
Managing employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
Collaborating with various stakeholders to address HR-related issues and initiatives.Profile

Proven experience as an HR Advisor or similar role.
Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment legislation, and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
CIPD qualification or equivalent is desirable but not essential.Job Offer
