Description:

SF Partners are seeking an experienced and confident HR Advisor to join a busy manufacturing business. This is a varied generalist role offering exposure across employee relations, recruitment, onboarding and HR operations.

West Bromwich | Hybrid (4 days onsite, 1 day WFH) | 37 hours per week
Salary £35,000 - £40,000 (dependant on experience)

Key Responsibilities
- Manage employee relations cases including absence, disciplinary, grievance and performance matters.
- Coach and support managers through investigations and formal meetings.
- Support recruitment activities including CV screening, interviews, agency management and onboarding.
- Act as a first point of contact for HR queries.
- Maintain employee records and HR systems.
- Assist with HR reporting and people initiatives.

About You
- Previous experience in a HR Advisor or HR Generalist role.
- Strong employee relations knowledge and confidence supporting managers.
- Recruitment and onboarding experience.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment.
- CIPD qualified or working towards qualification (desirable).
- Resilient, proactive and able to build credibility across all levels of the business.
