HR Advisor - TUPE

Manston, Kent

⏳ Temporary contract until November 2026

⚡ Immediate start required

???? Candidates must live within a driving commutable distance of Manston

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced HR Advisor to support a large-scale TUPE transfer as part of a fast-paced mobilisation project.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who can step in quickly, manage sensitive employee matters professionally, and help deliver a smooth and compliant people transition.

???? Key responsibilities:

Support TUPE activity throughout mobilisation
Coordinate employee consultation meetings and communications
Manage employee liability information and TUPE documentation
Maintain accurate employee data in line with GDPR
Respond to employee and manager queries
Work with operational managers and stakeholders to support workforce readiness
Assist with onboarding and integration of transferring employees

???? Candidate requirements:

Previous TUPE experience, ideally in a complex or large-scale environment
Experience supporting consultation activity and HR projects
Strong understanding of TUPE regulations and UK employment law
Excellent organisation and attention to detail
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook
