The Role:

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced HR Advisor to join the team in Witney, Oxfordshire. This is a 12-month initial contract position with the possibility of extension. The successful candidate will play a vital role in providing comprehensive HR advisory support to the organisation.

Responsibilities:

Provide expert advice and guidance to managers and employees on a range of HR matters, including employee relations, performance management, recruitment, and policy interpretation.
Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies, while promoting best HR practices across the organisation.
Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives to support the achievement of organisational objectives.
Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and on boarding new employees.
Collaborate with managers to address employee performance and conduct issues, providing coaching and guidance as required.
Contribute to the development and delivery of training programs to enhance HR knowledge and skills across the organisation.Requirements:

Proven experience as an HR Advisor or similar role, with a solid understanding of HR best practices and employment law.
Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management, and recruitment processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships at all levels of the organisation.
Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with tact and discretion.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
CIPD qualification or equivalent would be advantageous.
Willingness to travel occasionally as required.Standard benefits
