Description:
Portfolio HR & Reward are supporting a fantastic nationwide business that are currently seeking a HR Advisor to join them on a permanent basis.
This role will be based in Ormskirk offering hybrid 2 days each week.
The current salary is between £30,000 and £35,000, with a quick start date being preferred.
As a successful HR Advisor, you will be responsible for;
Supporting with the recruitment process, including onboarding, offboarding, ATS system etc
Working on employee relations cases including initial investigations
Supporting the L&D team, identifying potential gaps in this area
he ideal HR Advisor will have experience in the following;
Proven experience working at an advisory level i.e. People Advisor/ HR Advisor
Experience across true generalist HR including recruitment, employee relations etc
Adopt a collaborative and proactive approach to work
