Our client is looking for an HR Advisor to be based in their Cheltenham office to join their busy, successful, growing team on a full-time basis. This is an exciting, hybrid opportunity with a wide variety of work as well as longer term career opportunities.

Day to day responsibilities of the HR Advisor

Advise on ER cases and coach stakeholders on options available to them
Guide the development of people plans for each business area
Help business leaders to foster positive working environments
Help deliver people related initiatives to deliver even better team culture
Required skills and qualifications.

Previous experience working in a similarER or HR Advisor role
Previous experience of managing simple and more complicated ER cases
Excellent stakeholder communication and relationship building skills.
Previous ER / people project experience.
CIPD qualifications are a plus - but experience is essential.
