Michael Page are delighted to partner with a leading manufacturing business based in Solihull with the appointment of a HR Advisor to join a fast-paced and busy HR team.
Due to the nature of this sector, this role is a fully-office based role.
Description
The role of HR Advisor is a busy, fast-paced, generalist role, supporting a Senior HR Business Partner and working across a wide range of stakeholders at this busy manufacturing site.
Duties will include but not limited to:
Provide expert advice and guidance on all aspects of employee relations, including disciplinary and grievance procedures.
Support the continuous improvement, implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures within the organisation.
Support with recruitment processes
Assist in performance management and appraisals to ensure employee development and alignment with company goals.
Assist with organisational changes
Prepare HR data and KPIs to support strategic decision making
Up-skill management capability to deal with people matters promptly
Support with various HR projects and initiativesProfile
A successful HR Advisor should have:
Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
Ideally you will hold or be studying towards CIPD Level 5
You will be comfortable working in a busy, paced paced environmentJob Offer
