Do you have HR Administrator experience, and are you seeking a new job in Solihull? Jonathan Lee Recruitment is helping a collaborative company recruit an HR Administrator and the role comes with an umbrella contract rate of £25.96/hr (inside IR35).
In this HR Administrator role, you will be part of a team based either at one of our client's manufacturing sites or supporting our corporate functions and will provide HR casework support to managers to assist them with employee relations issues.
In your first few weeks in this HR Administrator role, you can expect to:
Guide and support managers and employees through various processes, including attendance management, grievances, disciplinaries, performance management, restricted workers and employment law
Manage your casework, support with ACAS matters and attend tribunals where required
Attend court dates, as well as other HR matters
Attendance, grievance, performance and litigation matters

Experience or working in an HR Advisory or employment law advisor role
Able to work accurately and with close attention to detail
Effective organisation and coaching skills, with the ability to engage and support managers
Capable of working to process deadlines and able to prioritise workload
Good team player with excellent communication skills
Previous experience of data analysis and report writing, as well as the ability to deliver results consistently in a fast-paced HR Contact Centre (desirable)
Experience of using ticketing systems and SharePoint
