HR Advisor

We are looking to hire a HR Advisor/Senior HR Advisor in our central HR team, based in Altrincham!

This role will mean acting as a key contact point for HR matters across all aspects of the employment lifecycle (from offer stage onwards) and working with the HR Business Partner to provide HR support to a designated business area. This role has scope for growth and involvement in broader HR projects   This opportunity will give the right candidate exposure to HR on an international level through working with colleagues and stakeholders in many of our global locations, including our shared service centre in India.
 
 What you’ll be doing:

Delivering a professional and efficient HR service to the business.
Reporting into the Regional HR Business Partner, supporting them with operational activities, such as ER cases, and administrative activities across the entire employment life cycle (from offer stage onwards).
Advising and supporting managers on HR policies and procedures, including but not limited to, disciplinaries, grievances, performance issues and terminations.
Supporting with process improvement activities, suggesting improvements when issues arise.
Producing reports to support with business requirements. 
Utilising the HR system, ensuring data is kept up to date and supporting employees with any related queries.
Supporting the wider HR team with HR projects and initiatives.To be considered, you’ll need:

To have previously worked in a HR Advisor role, with proven ability to manage employee relations issues. 
Excellent interpersonal skills, to interface with colleagues at different levels of seniority. 
Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Strong IT skills, including Word, Excel and a HR system (Cascade or equivalent). 
Have excellent organisational skills and great attention to detail.
Have strong verbal and communication skills.
A CIPD qualification would be a strong advantageWhat you’ll get:
