CMA HR Division are recruiting for a professional services organisation based near Southampton, Hampshire to recruit a HR Advisor to join them on a permanent basis.
Reporting to the HR Manager the aim of the role is to be the primary contact for various day-to-day HR enquiries from both internal and external clients, offering counsel and direction on HR processes, procedures, and employee relations cases.
What will HR Advisor role involve?
Address general employee queries promptly and accurately, offering information on HR policies and procedures.
Manage a busy HR inbox, ensuring quick and accurate responses to inquiries with a high level of professionalism.
Develop and deliver training programs for employees and managers, covering various HR topics to promote continuous learning and policy compliance.
Provide coaching and support to managers on HR matters, aiding them in navigating employee relations issues and enhancing leadership effectiveness.
Lead diverse Employee Relations (ER) cases, demonstrating expertise in disciplinary actions, grievances, and other employee-related matters while ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.
Suitable Candidate for HR Advisor vacancy:
Previous experience in a HR role
Ideally studying towards a CIPD level 5 but not essential
Experience working in a fast-paced office environment.
Strong attention to detail
Great communication skills
