Description:
An experienced HR Advisor is required to join an established Manufacturing company covering two sites. You will be a proactive member of the HR team, supporting the HR Manager across the business.
Some key duties and responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):
* Taking responsibility for engagement surveys and ensuring engagement levels are high across both sites
* Managing the training matrix and process and responsibility for site apprentices
* Managing the full recruitment process including administering, supporting and coaching managers through the process
* Ensuring all HR policies are implemented
* Providing disciplinary and grievance advice
* Maintaining HR systems
* Conducting welfare meetings
* Producing accurate monthly HR reports
* Supporting the monthly payroll process
Skills and experience required:
* CIPD qualification (ideally level 3 or 5)
* Previous experience of working within a manufacturing environment
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to work on own initiative as well as being part of a team
* Strong numerical ability in order to assist with payroll
Primary base in Ledbury, you will be required to visit the site in Evesham and so own transport is advantageous
