HR Administrator- Temp
Salary: £24,000K to £25,500K (depending on experience)
Hours: Full-time, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM with a 30-minute lunch break.
Location: Hybrid - Mainly working from home with occasional office days as needed (Crewe)
About the Role:
We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our client’s team as soon as possible. This is a temporary position with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
* Assisting with the setup of our new HR system and inputting employee information
* Updating payroll spreadsheets
* Maintaining accurate spreadsheets
* Reminding managers about probations and annual reviews each month
* Ordering food and booking rooms for executive meetings
* Helping organize events.
* Ordering flowers for special occasions
* Keeping important employee information on file
* Ensuring new starter paperwork is completed.
* General administrative tasks
Requirements:
* Strong organizational skills
* Attention to detail.
* Proficiency with spreadsheets
* Good communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
