Description:

Our client is a precision engineering company currently looking for a HR Administrator to join their team in Hailsham. This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward thinking and expansive business that invests in its staff, promoting career development and progression.
 
This is a part-time role with a minimum of 19 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The exact working hours will be agreed upon.
 
The main purpose of this role will be:

To provide comprehensive HR Administration support to the business ensuring the HR services and compliance are delivered to the highest standards. The main requirements and employee accountabilities are: 

Updating payroll data onto the HR Dashboard in a timely
Provide administration support for the recruitment process as and when
Provide administration support for any HR processes as and when
Updating of staff records on the HR system (Sage HR) to ensure that information is accurate and up to date.
Filing of confidential HR documentation and maintenance of Personal
Provision of general administration support to the HR Manager where
Ensure the Company benefits are  
The essential skills/experience required for this role are: 

Experience working in a busy Admin/HR Team
Ability to manage changing priorities
Confident in making decisions
Experienced in administrative processes
Ability to organise workload to meet deadlines
Ability to work well in a team environment
Ability to follow management instructions and guidelines
Good communication skills including listening to and interpreting instructions, passing on information quickly and effectively  
The skills and experience we would like the employee in this role to have are: 

Experience working with various computer systems (HR and payroll).
Experience of dealing with HR/Admin
Experience working in a pressure team environment
Ability to understand and develop efficient systems and working practices   Benefits: 

25 days plus bank holidays, some holiday may be needed for Christmas shutdown (A part-time employee will receive a pro-rata allocation of the holiday entitlement)
Company pension scheme employee 3% employer 6%
Life Insurance 4* annual salary rising to 6* if join the company pension
Occupational Health checks provided including an annual health check for all employees
Occupational Sick Pay (dependant on length of service 1-3 weeks full pay)
Annual eye check and assistance towards prescription glasses or safety glasses
