Description:
Groomfield Recruitment are hiring for a HR Administrator for their client based in Birmingham.
Hours: Monday to Friday (MUST be flexible as occasional evening and weekends are to be worked during peak periods)
Pay Rate: £28,000 to £34,000 (Dependent on experience)
**This is a temporary ongoing opportunity**
Duties Include:
* Monitor and download online applications
* Other HR / administrative tasks commensurate with the grade
* Coordinate recruitment and onboarding process working towards agreed recruitment targets
* Assess applications and create list of interviewees
* Contribute to preparation of documentation for the recruitment process
* Answering emails and phone calls from job applicants, staff and partner organisations
* Maintain accurate records relating to the recruitment and onboarding process
* Conduct interviews
* Work with HR administrative assistants to create interview schedule
* Welcoming and directing job applicants
* Work with HR administrative assistants to complete onboarding process for each new member of staff including the Right to Work Check
Person Specification:
* A proactive and problem-solving mindset
* Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity
* Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
* Previous experience in an HR & Office Administrative role or related field is preferred
* Proficiency in using MS Office applications
* Must have previously worked in a HR role
* Must be highly organised and efficient
