Looking to elevate your career in Human Resources? Our client are looking for a HR Administrator to join their buzzing team based in Slough.
This is a 4 month temp to perm position
Key Responsibilities:
Efficient management and triage of the HR inbox, ensuring prompt and accurate responses to email enquiries
Administration of new starter inductions and coordination of leaver procedures
Crafting and distributing Offer Letters and Contracts of Employment
Diligent completion of pre-employment checks, including reference collection and right to work versification
Routine management of the HR Information System (HRIS)
Compilation and presentation of HR reports derived from the HRIS
Administrative support for various HR processes, including note-taking for meetings related to investigations, disciplinaries, grievances, and absence management
Assistance with recruitment drives, including coordination of temporary staffing requirements Essential Skills & Experience:
Proven track record in a fast-paced HR environment
Strong understanding of GDPR, Employment Law Legislation, and HR administration practices
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Attention to detail coupled with robust problem-solving capabilities Desirable Experience:
