Description:

This is a really neat role for someone who's looking to progress their HR career, because you'll get such a variety of tasks to get stuck into.

Working for this world class manufacturer, with offices in the UK and USA, you'll be supporting every element of the employee lifecycle for the team.

Whether it's recruitment and onboarding, right through to contract changes and exit interviews - you will have exposure to it all in this job.

You'll be the key point of contact on the HR system, responsible for keeping it accurate and up to date, plus helping with payroll each month.

There will be ad hoc project work around employee benefits, engagement, and the chance to be involved with performance management and ER casework too.

Ideally, you'll be Level 3 CIPD qualified, or if not then looking to study this in the future.
