HR Administrator required to join a diverse, dynamic and forward-thinking Team within a large Construction Business until January / February 2025 covering maternity leave – may extend.
Looking for a strong HR Administrator, ideally with Payroll experience (though not essential). Role will involve a broad range of HR admin duties including employment contracts and on-boarding . 3 days per week at the office near Hemel, with 2 days working remotely. Learning and Development (L&D) admin and support experience and knowledge of using Learning Management Systems in a large (500+) company. HRIS knowledge in a large company environment preferred, Booking and arranging of Training Events, externally as well as internally. Arranging first aid courses, etc. General excel skills are a must, good Microsoft office suite skills in general. Any industry background in Construction would be ideal but not essential.
This 'People Administrator' will be required to have the relevant experience within the following, to
- Employment Contracts & Onboarding experience
- Learning & Development (L&D) Admin experience
- Booking Training Courses and Events experience
- Varied HR & Payroll Admin experience
