Our reputable client is seeking a HR Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis. If you possess excellent administrative skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is perfect for you! HR experience and knowledge is desirable although not essential.
HR Administrator - based fully on site in Stoke on Trent
Monday - Friday
8:30am - 5:00pm
Rate of pay £12.89ph
As an HR Administrator, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the HR team in various daily operations. Your responsibilities will include:
Sending out employment offers and contracts to new hires, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
Updating and maintaining personal details on our client's systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
Responding to queries from employees and managers via email and telephone, providing excellent customer service at all times.
Recording and logging employee absences, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Assisting with general onboarding processes
Carrying out a range of administrative tasks to support the HR team, such as filing, scanning documents, and data entry.
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in HR or a related field.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively handle queries from employees and colleagues.
Proficiency in using HR systems and software, with advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite.
A high level of professionalism and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues to deliver excellent results.
