Description:

We require an experienced HR Administrator who will create, adapt, and manage confidential and sensitive data, reports, slides and documents. Based in Bradford, this is an in-house role and full time or part time hours will be considered

Duties will include

Creating and amending contracts, letters, and documents
Managing compliance and right to work checks
Preparation of data and reports, slides & presentation details
Making sure all documents and forms are up-to-date and fit for purpose and are available for easy access to relevant senior personnel
Working to all GDPR requirements with the upmost confidentiality and sensitivity
Managing calls and emails
Any Adhoc duties that the role/your team requires
Skills/Experience Required

Excellent attention to detail  with strong organisational skills
Demonstrate a successful track record of well-developed interpersonal skills and able to liaise with all levels
Experience in a similar HR administrative role, used to producing sensitive and confidential documents
Excellent IT skills in Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Able to work independently & to tight deadlines is paramount
Think outside of the box
Team driven
Full UK Driving license.
Salary will be commensurate with experience plus great benefits, including free car parking.

Full or Part Time available (minimum 5 hours per day Monday to Friday).
