Hotel HR/Payroll Administrator - Part Time - 4* Hotel - St Austell
* Up to 30 hours / £20k per annum
* 5 days per week
* Meals on duty
* Uniform

Paramount Personnel are recruiting for a part time HR and Payroll Administrator, for our client, a luxury Hotel in the St Austell area. The successful administrator will ideally have experience in a similar environment, whilst ideally having a formal CIPD or a similar HR qualification.
The successful administrator will be able to work on their own and as part of a busy but vibrant team. Given the nature of the payroll and HR responsibilities, a strong communicator, who has excellent excel and other IT skills are essential.
Main responsibilities will include;
* Preparation of contracts for new employees.
* Collation of payroll.
* Keeping the company databases up to date.
* Assisting the general management team in other admin duties.
