Description:

Our client has an exciting opportunity for an HR Administrator to join their amazing team, to be responsible for the day-to-day hr administrative activities.

Main responsibilities:

* Assisting with the recruitment processes – updating the website for vacancies, reviewing candidate applications and updating job adverts

* Onboarding, typing up of contracts, putting together starter packs

* Induction of new employees & assisting with training

* Supporting the hr function with administration and daily requirements

* Writing up of newsletters

* Maintaining the time and attendance system - Reviewing absence & holidays

The ideal candidate should have:

* Knowledge & experience within an HR Admin role

* Great communication skills to allow for communication between managers and employees.

* Impeccable organisational skills & strategic thinker

* Excellent skills in MS Office

* Opportunity for career development

This role is a full time on site based role
