Overview:
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Human Resources Administrator. As a Human Resources Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department and ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills and a passion for HR to contribute to the success of our organisation.
This is a hybrid three-month fixed-term contract with the opportunity to work from home two days a week, business dependent.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain administrative processes and procedures as requested
* Input information into the HR databases currently IFS/Workday
* Act as the focal point for general resourcing activities/queries
* Coordinate interviews and liaise with candidates/hiring managers, ensuring procedures are adhered to and relevant interview documentation is provided
* Produce documentation including starter packs, standard letters, reports, and contracts, in line with processes and standards
* Manage incoming HR enquiries/mail and either handling or signposting as appropriate
Experience:
* Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within an HR department
* Familiarity with HRIS systems such as Workday would be advantageous
* Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
* Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
