Our client is currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Admin to join their team based in Southampton on a full time basis. While prior HR experience would be advantageous, it is not essential, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain exposure to the human resources field.

Description

The main responsibilities for the HR Administrator role are:

As an HR Admin Assistant, you will provide crucial support to the Human Resources department in various administrative tasks. Your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with relevant regulations.

Recruitment Support: Assist in the coordination of recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and managing documentation.

On boarding Assistance: Support the on boarding process for new hires, facilitating orientation sessions and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.

Communication: Handle HR-related inquiries from employees and external parties, providing timely and accurate information or directing them to the appropriate resources.

Policy Implementation: Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures, contributing to a positive and inclusive work environment.

Event Coordination: Participate in the planning and execution of HR-related events or training sessions.

Profile

The successful candidate for the HR Administrator role is someone who has:

Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic HRIS (Human Resources Information System) usage.
Previous experience working as a HR Admin.
