Do you have HR Administrator experience, and are you seeking a part-time HR role in Kingswinford? Jonathan Lee Recruitment is helping a collaborative company recruit a HR Administrator and the role comes with a generous contract rate.
As a HR Administrator you will provide comprehensive administration and HR support to the business across all aspects of human resources, including assisting with recruitment, disciplinaries, grievances, payroll, compiling and maintaining records, etc. to support the end-to-end employment life cycle.

Supporting the HR Manager with all HR-related queries
Implementing, controlling, maintaining, and improving essential HR administrative processes to ensure all 'business as usual' activity is accurate and delivered on time
Compiling and maintaining electronic employee records in accordance with GDPR
Processing payroll and assisting with the documentation of employee compensation and benefits

At least 2 years in an HR administration role
Experience working in a busy office environment
Payroll experience
Excellent standard of written and spoken English
Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
