HR Administrator

Location: Royston

Duration: 10 month contract

Hourly rate: £15.00 PAYE

We are seeking a skilled professional to provide seamless support to a HR Operations team while ensuring the utmost confidentiality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, handling emails and HR system processes with precision and care.
Maintain accurate HR data and facilitate seamless organisational changes.
Assist in employee on boarding processes and documentation.
Generate contracts, certificates, and reports with a keen eye for detail.
Deliver prompt and effective solutions to employee queries.
Produce standard HR reports and analytics.Qualifications:

Relevant educational background.
Previous HR experience in a confidential setting preferred.
Strong administrative skills with proficiency in database management.
Experience with Workday HR system is advantageous.
Ability to prioritise tasks effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
