Our client, a well-known and exciting business based in Teddington, is seeking an HR Administrator to join their team as soon as possible on a 12 month contract. To be successful in this role you will have some HR experience and be available immediately or on short notice.

HR Administrator - About The Role

* Full responsibility for the administration of the department

* Drafting letters, tracking changes, reports, contracts, and training coordination

* Be the primary link between HR and Payroll, ensuring all changes and activities are logged

* Assist with interview scheduling and on-boarding administrative tasks

* Advertising vacancies and assist with managing the responses

* Responsible for departmental purchase orders

* Manage the department inbox and any other administrative duties

* Help set up meetings and associated invitations

* Other ad hoc duties as required

The successful HR Administrator will have/be:

* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and confident using online tools

* Excellent interpersonal skills and written and verbal communication

* Highly organised and able to juggle conflicting priorities with ease

* Highly confidential, discreet and customer orientated

* Enjoy working collaboratively in a team with the ability to work using own initiative

* Confident on the phone with excellent telephone manner

* Calm under pressure
