HR Administrator - £16.48ph plus hol pay - North West London
4 days office based 1 day remote
Start Date: ASAP
End Date : 6 months, with the possibility of extension
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Assist with day-to-day HR administrative tasks.
* Maintaining accurate employee records and databases
* Coordinating recruitment activities, such as scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates
* Responding to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
* Collaborate with HR team members to ensure efficient workflow and compliance with company policies.
* Help facilitate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
* Support HR projects and initiatives as needed.
PERSON SPECIFICATION
* Proven experience in HR administration within higher education.
* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
* Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
